Designer, jeweller and silversmith Liz Tyler pioneered the use of anticlastic raising in the UK and specialises in fine jewellery that conveys a sense of movement and flow. Come and learn from Liz as her business turns 30, and she reflects on the benefit of training aboard, specialising, learning from working in different areas of the London jewellery trade, establishing her own style, staying inspired and finding a work/life balance. The talk will be accompanied by a display of Liz's work.

Liz Tyler creates distinctive, elegant and sculptural jewellery inspired by movement in contemporary dance and the natural world. She has won many awards over her 30 years of running her business including Best Design in Diamonds and Designer of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards.
