The Goldsmiths' Centre provides workspace that works because our
workshops offer the best possible environment and facilities for
anyone engaged in art, craft and design skills. For those working
here, there is every opportunity for a seamless transition to a
larger workspace, as their business grows.
Our workshops offer a fantastic sense of community,
providing networking opportunities, in a friendly and
supportive atmosphere.
We require all of our occupants to contribute to the Charity and
community in relation to their unique skills set. Our workspace
also raises income for The Goldsmiths' Centre, which helps to fund
our charitable activities.
Facilities available:
Purpose built, state-of-the-art accommodation for jewellers,
silversmiths and the allied trades.
For mature businesses:

- Size: from 13.9 M² (150 FT²) - 62.5 M² (673 FT²)
- Accommodation: ready for bespoke fit out
- Services: electricity - including three-phase, gas, water
- Phone and data lines supplied ready for connection with
service provider
- Contract: 5 year lease with three year break clause, subject to
terms and conditions
For start ups:
- Number of licensed studios: 9
- Size: from 6.8 M² (73 FT²) - 7.9 M² (85 FT²)
- Accommodation: equipped studio space for a micro start up
business
- Services: electricity - including three-phase, gas, water
- Phone and data lines supplied ready for connection with service
provider
- Contract: monthly license. Maximum stay three years, subject to
terms and conditions
