Workspace
Just ten minutes from Goldsmiths' Hall, a stone's throw from
Hatton Garden and two minutes from Farringdon Station, the new
three floors of purpose-built and managed workshop and studio
spaces are a fundamental contributor to our charitable purpose. All
tenants are required to demonstrate how they will take part and
support the educational work of the Centre. In exchange our
workshops provide the best possible environment and facilities for
those anyone working in the craft and industry.
Importantly as well as supporting the 'creativity' and
'craftsmanship' elements of our charitable purpose those working
here are part of a 'community' that will extend beyond the physical
confines of the building. Our workshop spaces help to enhance
professionalism and facilitate networking opportunities in an
atmosphere of friendliness and mutual support.
Spaces start from as little as 7 sq m to 63 sq m, allowing
different sized businesses to be accommodated. Prices include rent,
service charge and business rates but exclude metered services such
as electricity, water, gas and telecoms.
Excitingly all of the workshops are either occupied or under
offer but individuals and small businesses are encouraged to put
their names forward for the waiting list.
