Will I have to pay for the courses

Most of the courses will be heavily subsidised by the Goldsmiths' Company, however it is likely that applications will be means tested on an individual basis.

How many students will you have on each course?

For the Summer School we usually have 20 undergraduates and for Getting Started there are around 35 places. 

For the Post-graduate and Pre-apprenticeship courses we anticipate much smaller numbers of approxmately 6-8.

I would like a career in the Jewellery industry, where should I start?

There are many rewarding careers within the industry and different routes you might be interested in taking. I am interested in registering as a tutor

As the Goldsmiths' Institute develops, we will be on the lookout for tutors and would welcome any interested academics and craftsmen and women who might be interested in future positions to keep on our files. Please register you interest here.

How can I apply for a course?
